We provide production services / contracting, tour management and production co-ordination crew for all types of tour, large or small, and have a network of associates around the world to provide local knowledge and support. With 25 years of experience, we have built up a global network of contacts in all areas of touring, from agents to venues, from supply companies to hoteliers. We can assist on the road or provide back-office support as your needs require. Our roles include:
Tour Director
Overseeing and co-ordinating all aspects of a tour, liaising closely with management, professional advisors, agents and promoters to create a comprehensive touring plan incorporating budgeting, financial control, personnel management and logistics. Overall responsibility for implementation of health and safety and environmental procedures and ensuring all necessary insurances are in place. The Tour Director is the primary contact for the artiste and musicians, production crew, promoter and venues, keeping good communication at the centre of everything.
Tour Manager
Dependant on the size of touring production, the tour manager will either be responsible for the smooth running of the overall tour or focussed on the artiste and musician party. We create and manage the tour budgets, scheduling, routing, logistics, arranging the travel and accommodation, visas and permits and responsible for the tour party’s general well-being. We liaise and advance with promoters and venues and where there is no tour account, settle the show with the promoter.
Tour Accountant
Working closely with artist, tour and production management and the artiste’s business managers, we create the tour budget, track expenses, oversee payroll and supplier payments, manage cashflow, settle the shows with the promoter, ensure compliance with financial regulations and work to mitigate withholding taxes. We will arrange insurances, and liaise with local tax advisers and seek best results that works best for the artiste’s corporate structure.
Production Co-ordinator
Reporting to the production manager and / or the tour manager, we assist in planning and scheduling rehearsals and tour dates logistics, booking travel, accommodation and transportation. Looking after the general well-being of the crew, organising signage, catering, overseeing the production runner, processing tour cash floats, credit card receipts and ad hoc duties as required on the day. Qualified First Aider.
Production Services
As we are corporately independent to the artiste, we can contract vendors and promoters directly on their behalf, making and receiving payments. This can not only reduce the workload for the artiste’s team, it can also be a necessary role to help mitigate withholding tax in a number of territories.
We can tailor all of these roles to provide exactly what services within the tour that you need, and cut out the one’s that you don’t. We cover pretty much everything and are very aware that one size does not necessarily fit all, we’re extremely flexible.

Who polices the policeman? Us. We register you directly with individual societies around the world. Direct membership allows us to investigate and lobby the societies to make sure you are properly remunerated. From session musicians to contracted artists, we will take care of your recorded performance income.
Registering Recordings
Do you own your own copyrights? We will register your tracks with PPL and equivalent organisations globally – then ensure you get your money. We will ensure your discographies are up to date, complete and accurate worldwide.
